Natalie Marie Trapani, 22, 81115 Louisiana Highway 25, Folsom, first offense DWI and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Tyler James Davis, 20, 401 Yvonne Ave., Abita Springs, issued a summons for simple possession of marijuana.

Richard Heywood Schock II, 28, 73488 Louisiana Highway 59, Covington, contempt/failure to appear direct.

Bobby Edward Barney Sr., 44, 918 W. 31st Ave., Covington, possession of schedule II narcotics, drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and transactions involving proceeds from drugs.
