Covington changes change policy

The latest chapter in the continuing saga of change and cash at Covington City Hall now has the administration “making change” for residents paying their utility bill in cash. As of last Thursday, the administration’s policy changed from crediting excess cash payments to next month’s utility bill to providing change for residents.

Nine St. Tammany residents arrested for drug trafficking
