The Covington Police Department made the following arrests July 18 to Aug. 15:

Michael Carmine Coakley II, 24, 5230 Bayouside Drive, Chauvin, DWI second offense, failure to use turning movements and required signals, speeding 10-15mph over limit and crossing outside of roadway lane for traffic.

Travis Scott Brown, 31, 56694 Selbourn St., Slidell, contempt/failure to appear.

Sable Jackson, 24, 624 Dutch Alley, Covington, simple criminal damage to property.

Randy Joseph Drago Sr., 36, 75500 Beverly Drive, Covington, open alcohol container in vehicle.

Manuel M. Montana, 55, 204 S. Park Lane, Covington, dangerous and vicious animals.

Dorothy McGee, 57, 810 N. Pierce St., Covington, disturbing the peace/fistic encounter.

Gary Louis Penn, 24, 1211 N. Taylor St., Covington, domestic violence, felony second degree battery and theft/misdemeanor.

Noel Lamar Wright, 28, 612 W. 31st Ave., Covington, domestic abuse battery, resisting an officer and simple robbery.

Edward Dewayne Ebbs, 33, 611 Pierce, Covington, disturbing the peace ordinance.

Keyanee R. Verdin, 22, 1074 Lake Palourde, Amelia, disturbing the peace violent/disorderly conduct.

Samantha J. Landrenean, 18, 722 Cypress St., Amelia, disturbing the peace/drunkenness and disturbing the peace/violent/disorderly conduct.

Marshall Alan Bearden, 50, 3977 Front St., New Orleans, no tail lamp, DWI-third and above offenses, refusal to submit to chemical testing, driving under suspension for DWI, failure to stop at sign, open alcohol container in vehicle and failure to use turning movements and required signals.

Richard James Fields, 51, 72179 E. 10th St., Covington, simple possession of marijuana and disturbing the peace/drunkenness.

Wade Trenton Verges, 28, 1205 Clearwater Drive, Mandeville, DWI-first offense, failure to use turning movements and required signals and open alcohol container in vehicle.

Ryan Stephen Thornhill, 25, 11157 E. Evans Road, Independence, expired motor vehicle inspection sticker and driving while license is suspended.

Heather Sapia, 32, 62 Hollycrest, Covington, driving under suspension for DWI

Larry L. Brown, 51, 1121 W. 29th Ave., Covington, littering, resisting an officer, distribution of Schedule I narcotics and violating a drug free zone.

Danyell Anika Barnett, 25, 101 E. David Drive, Hammond, disturbing the peace/engaging in fistic encounter.

Kevin C. Bordelon, 19, 33 Adrienne St. Mandeville, two counts contempt/ failure to appear.

Casey Michelle Walley, 23, 1124 Clairise Court, Slidell, theft.

Karen Whiteside, 45, 1121 S. Jefferson St., Covington, 34 counts of theft/all other larceny/felony, malfeasance in office, filing false public records, two counts of unauthorized use of access card as theft/felony, two counts of issuing worthless checks/felony and three counts of issuing worthless checks/misdemeanor.

Jeffrey Neil Dykes, 34, 403 W. 33rd Ave., Covington, disturbing the peace/drunkenness and entry/remaining after forbidden.

Ryan Matthew Ayres, 23, 2015 Pine Crest No. 1114, Covington, domestic violence, disturbing peace/violent/disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Lori Sharp Deare, 36, 17411 Galloway Road, Covington, criminal trespass.

Brittney A. Barker, 20, 17411 Galloway Road, Covington, theft under $300.

Michael A. Flint, 23, 20353 Warbler St., Covington, contempt/failure to appear.

Ruben Cayetano Mateo, 29, 27329 Mill Creek Road, Bush, DWI first offense, failure to stop at sign and careless operation.

Aaron Oliver Cook, 28, 25222 Choctaw Road, Franklinton, speeding 21-30 mph over limit, not driving on roadway lane for traffic and DWI-first offense.

Joshua Ales, 20, 413 Westwood Drive., Mandeville, noise control, first offense.

Megan E. Imbraguglio, 20, 501 Holm Oak Lane, Mandeville, alcohol purchase/public possession under 21 years of age.

Ruben Cayetano Mateo, 29, 27329 Mill Creek Road, Bush, first offense DWI, failure to obey stop sign/yield sign and careless operation.

Sammy L. Whiteside, 46, 33483 Louisiana Highway 16, Denham Springs, issuing worthless checks/felony and principal to a crime.

Donald Beard, 45, no known address, Covington, driving while license is suspended and not using turning movements or required signals.

Regis Re Mone Chatman, 18, 931 W. 31st Ave., Covington, theft under $300.

Alex Rene Jones, 25, 912 W. 31st Ave., Covington, domestic abuse battery.

Vernon Napolian Brown, 44, 84061 Hill Road, Folsom, three counts of contempt/failure to appear.

Brandon Louis Zahn, 26, 43174 N. Little, Hammond, vehicle burglary.

Tammy Nichole Orkes, 30, 438 Cederwood Dr., Mandeville, noise offense, first offense.

Jamie Donnell Cooper, 26, 530 N. Jackson St., Covington, noise control, first offense and driving without a license.

Brad L. Walker, 33, 907 W. 29th Ave., Covington, contempt/failure to appear

Rashard Q. Batiste, 26, 922 N. Harrison St., Covington, noise control, first offense.

Christopher Tobias Jones, 30, 205 W. 24th Ave., Covington, resisting an officer and remaining in a place after forbidden.

Tammy Nichole Orkes, 30, 438 Cedarwood Drive, Mandeville, noise control, first offense.

Jamie Donnell Cooper, 26, 530 N. Jackson St., Covington, noise control, second offense and driver must be licensed.

Sean Michael Dunaway, 22, 20113 Helenberg Road, fugitive warrant arrest.

William Robert Lee IV, 28, 84117 Curve Road, Folsom, two fugitive warrants.

Devin Elaine Figueroa, 30, 220 N. Florida St. Apt. C, Covington, disturbing the peace.

Sekenya Trael Fleet, 19, 203 Kansas St., Hammond, disturbing the peace/ language/ disorderly conduct and aggravated assault.

Denizel Ladner, 18, 209 W. 33rd Ave., Covington, resisting an officer.
